Mango Fool


Ingredients  (Serves 4)

  • 2 ripe mangos (peeled and stoned) or 2 packs of pre-cut mango chunks
  • 500ml low fat Greek yoghurt



  1. Cut half a mango into small chunks.
  2. With the remaining one and a half mango mash or blend down into a puree.
  3. In a glass layer mango puree and low fat yoghurt.
  4. Finally sprinkle the remaining chunks on top to decorate.
