Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 2 ripe mangos (peeled and stoned) or 2 packs of pre-cut mango chunks
- 500ml low fat Greek yoghurt
- Cut half a mango into small chunks.
- With the remaining one and a half mango mash or blend down into a puree.
- In a glass layer mango puree and low fat yoghurt.
- Finally sprinkle the remaining chunks on top to decorate.
